Rental should be around at RM1.5 to 2.0K respectively and depending on furnishing.

And Yes, it does come with Gym. 17th floor is highest floor, ppl don't get it because afraid of HOT in the afternoon. So you will see up till lvl 16 being sapu'ed M have 4 rooms, in the subsale market own stayer will seriously consider your unit due to the extra room for storage/store, and the other 3 rooms for bed.

Yea, should be 0.25. Unless the sg besi is going to develop, else cant see the potential of further appreciation. I am targeting units thats easy to rent out thats why I am getting this. Comparing to many subsale that I browsed , this looks more promising. I am only worry for the developer though ..
