it makes sense.
at 100k engine already wear out its life.
at 200k you put in 10w-40.

haha for above 100k ... i know it make sense due to wear and tear ...
but .. have any jazz owner change it to 5w30 .. how does it feel ?

Not really.

Mine already clocked 110k (7 years ++), still on 0w20, since day one owning it. Engine run as smooth as new.

What most important is the periodic service. Stick to it, your engine will last.

Even my old 2005 Odyssey still run silky smooth. Religiously service every 10k km as recommended in user manual.

beside battery, what else will cost a lot to replace for a hybrid car?
Either the old 2013 hybrid or the new hybrid.

Just read honda charge 11k for replace inverter for civic hybrid .... looks scary ....

inverter failure extreme rare ..
battery failure very rare .. (around 3K)
less then 10% battery cooling fan failure .. (around 1K)

only the invertor i worried.

battery i has been told it cost 5k to replace and honda provide 8 years warranty, 5k for 8 years to me is a fair deal.

somemore i read from this thread the the battery can be replace cell by cell outside without going back to SC.

Better don't, honda engine a bit sensitif with non stock spark plug. It's along life one... 100,000km or 10 years.

RM800 / 10 years - that's cheap.

That's the price. I did mine Feb last year at Shared Auto Honda SC. 100k km major service. Too lazy to DIY + too many thing to be done. After that major service, the car works as good as new. That newness feeling is real.

any chance if anyone want to sell their used Jazz? looking to buy a used one, maybe >2015
