Looks like everyone start to target Kajang liao. Since Puchong hardly to afford now. :'(

Puchong already expensive now. i was also shocked when i checked out how much my neighbour sold his house.

Did u manage to grab some unit at Abadi Heights? btw the price at Meranti Jaya amaze me. Last year price for 2.5 storey at 650k, now already 750k+. sweat.gif

Back to topic, honestly it's hard to get such price anymore. Only Kajang have. smile.gif

location still ok, near to kajang town and also can take silk highway to bypass kajang town and take saujana impian to saga highway for heading to KL. heading to semenyih and seremban no problem ..

Last time kajang and now is big different from kajang to puchong is so damn fast 20 mins + just beware of AES and speedtrap

But development near MRT station just cant progress in further. Too many old building. Not much spaces. Any idea of new development near MRT in Kajang? maybe < 1km ?

this is not within Kajang 2 area. quite far from Kajang 2. the nearest is Nadayu 92. still consider quite far from Nadayu.

this place is within Anggerik Perdana/Anggerik Villa/Bandar Teknologi Kajang area.further up is industrial area.

the postcode is 43500 Semenyih not 43000 Kajang.
mostly the landed double storey house 20x70 / 22x75 here is lease hold. the selling price is around 350K to 450K. u can check from mudah - Anggerik Perdana
The rental price for landed property (double storey) is around RM600 ~ 700.

there is 1 condo near to this area and the rental is around RM1k.
the apartment rental is around 400 - 500.
for anggerik residency i dont know as it facing future Mydin hypermarket.
basically this place is ok but the traffice is bad during peak hours. the main road in front of the Klinik Kesihatan Kajang will be flooded instantly during heavy rain.

hope the developer can improve the situation when this project completed.

MRT station for Kajang town is behind the stadium @ satay area.
MRT station for Saujana Impian is within Sikamat area.

this is from my personal opinion coz i'm staying here.

Why use that Kajang town & Saujana?

I think the MRT station @ KTM in Jalan Reko better. No?
