Maybe you can arrange on weekend. maybe at the sales office or somewhere near the site. can arrange to go see the site at the same time also. will be quite useful for noobie like me who are familiar with the area.

Sure, let's plan for it then. . . . . lowyat forumers site visit cum coffee session!!! The symphony residence sales gallery & showroom will be ready only by mid sept. If meet at my office also nothing to see yet as model house, brochures, leaflets, banners and other A&P materials is in progress and to be ready only for the mid sept launch.
Hence, maybe we can meet up at either metro point one of the cafe there or papparich near saujana impian or other cafe you guys may suggest. you guy decide which date and time ya.....and maybe lead by nagaraputra or tikaram taiko!!!! Cheers |

Yes sir, mydin build n own by our company. We do long term lease to mydin. In fact that whole area total 52 acres develop by us. Now left this final 10 acres mixed develõpment land we r doing now.....

I went to site checking. Honestly, the area is still new to be develop it. It takes time to grow. Yup, mydin building is constructing and I guess can be ready soon. The site is quite easy access to highway. The surrounding is those double terrace houses and low medium cost apartment. If I m not mistaken , anggerik residences is the new one recently . Further down , is nadayu development and kajang golf club also not far from the site. But, no far away, there is the industrial area there. And I couldnt see any site for the rafflesia school .. Hmm..
In my view point, another 3-5 years for this area to change,Hope the developer can do well in this area then it will be another new township area . |
