hope the developer can improve the situation when this project completed.

MRT station for Kajang town is behind the stadium @ satay area.
MRT station for Saujana Impian is within Sikamat area.

Hi Bro, since u r staying there. What do you think the overall development among this few years.? would it be another hot cake for Kajang area.

M interested this property but still finger crossing.....

I do suggest u guys to check the entire master plan for kajang 2, tropicana heights, nadayu, n this surrounding development.

Observe the entire road system n accessibility to this area. Then you will know the potential

Anyone keen I don't mind we gather to meet up together for coffee at nice cafe and get to know each other too. I don't mind to share if you guys interested to know this entire area development. Making friends with like minded people like you guys not too bad right? . . . . .

You guys will know why we hv certain info when meet up.

Off course if you guys keen to know lar.

The new proposed MRT station for Kajang (not Kajang Town) will be in front of the Hentian Kajang - Jalan Reko, not current Komuter station.
Current Komuter Kajang is not in Jalan Reko but Jalan Bukit.
kajang will have 3 stations, Saujana Impian, Bandar KAjang & Kajang (the last station)

The development is good
just imagine, i bougt the double storey house for 190K in 2005. now the price is almost 400k - u can check from mudah.com for anggerik perdana.
later once Mydin Hypermarket completed, i think the price will be raise somemore....
but the the starting price for the second phase is 250K++ but the selling price same as mine
overall the market price is controlled by bank...i did evaluation for refinance and bank only gave 320K...huhuhuhuhu

the surrounding is good...compelted with shops, primary school....near to main road (jalan kajang - semenyih)...compare to nadayu, the entrance from Jalan Reko (to pass under KTM Tunnel) or using the same entrance as we using now but Nadayu is much more further up...have to pass industrial area 1st...

overall this area is good but it will take some times to be like kajang
maybe once the mydin and the new propose shopping will make this area same as Kajang

Thanks for your advice. My level of confident is up up up... but still need study the developer background info first.. haha. anyway, I roughly get to know is 5.5km away to the MRT station that nearby stadium kajang.

I think not too far .... hahaha

Where is the exact site? I been there in Bandar Tek just now...but could not find the site? which empty land?

Kajang 2 basic units for rm1,500 can be rented but very slow and we rented few units so far.

Pearl avenue condo rental rm1,200. Both take up rates for rental slow.

heard about this too and the soil testing is going on at hentian kajang traffic light opposite based on reliable source and the roads over there will be widen as well.

Empty land next to apartment, facing jumbo restaurant & in front shop lot anggerik perdana area......
U can see there is 1 building in the progress....
This empty land is kinda sloppy cause got big drain from main road

Kajang town always busy and jammed
I work in klcc area
Use silk highway or grand saga....but need to push off very early...before 6.30 am
If not then jammed like hell at sg ramal area or saujana impian area.....
I can reach my office in 40 min if the road clear
