2) mydin (currently constructing), Symphony 2 & Shopping Mall (unconfirmed future launches),
3) easy access (at least 3 access road)

can anyone please enlighten me anything else that make this project interesting?

May b MRT - at stadium Kajang. it is 5.5km away from the site. No doubt is not walking distance but not far if travel by car. For me, is shorter distance compares now as I need travel more than this to park my car and take LRT station. cool2.gif

depends on ppl.. in my opinion pulak a bit far but not too far from mrt/lrt is good.. coz i still got car..but some ppl who rely heavily on public transport wish lrt/mrt just next to them..

pls add another plus points above "pricing"

maybe also need to put the bad points.

1) leasehold
2) many condo around will be launching/ vp at the same time , eg kajang 2, kiara sememyih, 9 mewah, kajang sentral, ivory, ammera etc etc... competition on

ya. It is depend on ppl. If want nearby MRT by walking distance then is meaning more money buy the location... like those area sunway velocity.... really crazy for the price.. and still rclxub.gif full booked....!! rclxub.gif

thanks guys for pointing out some of the good points and bad points. lets me compile a list and if there are more points to come, we can extend this list:

good points:
1) easy entry (3k booking),
2) mydin (currently constructing), Symphony 2 & Shopping Mall (unconfirmed future launches),
3) easy access (at least 3 access roads)
4) MRT (5km away)

bad points:

Rafflesia International School entrance just next to the Kajang 2 entrance (not from main road, before Kajang 2 guard house). They jsut finisdhed tar the road last week but still close to public.
