If I m not mistaken, the developer is the same who building the mydin. Getaris sdn bhd - under ssh group.
yes the opposite mydin, anggerik is built by them.
if you go the site, mydin construction there got white board signage info. Since, blog mentioned the development include mydin, shopping mall, soho and residences. I think 2.2 acres land included those buildings which mean same developer.

anyone can confirm? Anyway, I might consider a unit due to entry cost low and the projection rate per sqft in next 3 years could quite optimistic compares now KV, puchong area.. easily rm 500per sqft .. and if this can happen in those areas , why it couldn't be in kajang 2 area. It just matter of time to grow only....

the HTC cable is located outside and does not really affect health if it stays away with some distance.

the last time mydin said will build in bandar saujana putra but in the end i heard the deal was not on.. will it happen this time in kajang also?

Yeah. Just meet up with Harvey yesterday. He is from SSH and not sales agent. There are some info that didn't publish due to confidential by him. When meet him up, got some info on this and seems likes all the new upcoming new projects by Dijaya, MKH, Nadayu are interconnected. SSH also have more land to develop. Thanks Harvey for the info.

Btw, just to tell upfront i am considering to buy over here as well and i am also an agent from Kajang. I am officially appointment by Harvey for this project too. Not to sell anything here. Before appointed, i already following up this thread from starting.

Taikors input is needed to either buy or not on this project. Many high rise coming up. Kajang Sentral, Symphony, AMera, Ivory, Mewah 19, Plaza Kiara SoHo, Univillage Broga with GRR. Which to buy rclxub.gif and what will happen to Kajang when almost all completed at the same time? High rise oversupplied?
