If can sell above the price you bought. Maybe for property you bought before year 2010, can sell above price in lelong market today.
But for newly completed property, bought in year 2012-2014, all usually will be sold at below launch price in lelong.

Convenience yes. But privacy no.
So depend on your personal preference.

Meaning?

This place doing not bad actually. Got high occupancy rate. High demand. It is easy to rent out.
Just probably rental rate not that high. Certainly not among the worse high density project out there.
Maybe due to KL address. Still doing fine compare to a similar or lower dense project at Cheras South @ Balakong or BSP or Dengkil area.
