PETALING JAYA: Police have arrested a 24-year-old man for assaulting a Nepali security guard with a golf club after the guard clamped his car for parking in an OKU spot for disabled parking.

Wangsa Maju police chief Rajab Ahad Ismail said the victim, in his 30s, was on his rounds when he came across a Honda Jazz parked in a bay reserved for motorists with disabilities.

He then proceeded to clamp the wheels.

Half an hour later, two men approached him and asked him to remove the clamp. He declined, saying they would have to first settle a fine.

They ignored him and attempted to dismantle the device.

β€œHe reprimanded them, telling them not to vandalise the clamp,” said Rajab. β€œAll of a sudden one of the suspects scolded the guard and punched him in the face, then retrieved a golf club from the boot and struck the victim.”

A video clip of the incident was widely shared but appeared to have been taken down later in the evening.

Rajab said the suspect, from Terengganu, was later arrested and is being investigated under for voluntarily causing hurt.

The guard, who sustained injuries to his right arm and ear, is receiving treatment at Kuala Lumpur Hospital.

Below 400k pricing ads all confirm will be lelong units.
And the 340k already sold. Got 2 units drop to this pricing actually. Both sold fight till 390k like that. Refer previous page.

Flora Residency cheap at 300k but of course come with con. No restriction like rumahwip. And is residential title. You will save a bit on water bills and yearly taxes. Compare to KLTS.

Depending on what you able to afford actually. Not what you want.
If 300k not rumahwip or affordable homes type condo 3 bedroom, where else to find in KL?

Not such thing anymore in today market.

This is Idaman Sutera. Sold at 240k in the lelong market. Bidded up from 218k.
Guess at 250k can find from the subsale market also.

Plenty of lelong units in coming from KLTS.
Majority biggest size unit 1059sqft.
Maybe due to higher pricing and rental not much difference compare other common size unit here.
I guess.

Yes, if paid parking nearby Flora Residency site, then yeah plenty of spaces available coz need to pay.

If free parking around the shops area, doubt you can find any easily. People start to double park and causing unwanted jam along the road inside KLTS itself. Since then, they changed the road into 1 way and place more guard on the road to guide traffic. But I think a better solution is to do 100% paid parking in that area. Maybe business owner will oppose this as lesser people will visit the place if no longer got free parking. And maybe people will start parking along the main road causing even worse jam along the main Jalan Gombak.

530k is first round.
Below 500k is 2nd round or 3rd round already.
Every time no bidder, price will drop 10% cheaper to the next round.
