No audio? I have no idea either...
Kah Ming's brother Soo Ming is on bass and Ching Xiong is on drums. All 3 of them used to be in H&G Club. |

QUOTE(evo.com @ Sep 23 2006, 08:37 PM) finally got it fixed.... Nah lol... the monitors weren't working and he couldn't hear himself at all. After the gig he was hoping that the audience could hear his vocals, so he tried to sing louder than he normally would. In terms of vocals he could do better but as a band, that's usually how we sound. i have to say... it was pretty bad.... maybe its the live video or maybe its just kah ming singing out of tune (did he use earplugs?) but heck... im pretty sure that wasnt your band's best... cant wait to see your next vid Have you heard of the original Ziggy Stardust anyway? I'ill try to get the Beyond and Sweet Child vid done, just downloaded a new video editor and hope it works fine. |

Yeah, David Bowie song, 70s Classic!!!
Anyway here it is : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rx4KOoPNgtc I swear the original DVD sound and picture quality is 10times better! Poor video, went through so many stages of compression in order to be Screamyx Friendly. Anyway, in this video you can hear the TS9 in use during the lead guitar moments. The Magicstomp can barely be heard on the verses of both song, but the main point here's the amp tone. The lead tone's rather good if you ask me, and since the camera was placed at the end of the hall, it means that the 50-watter is loud enough for medium sized gigs. |

Hah Fauzi was the Top 20 for both Malaysian Idol 2 and One in A Million, plus he sings in bars so he's definitely good lol. Refresh your cache and load the video, you haven't even see the whole thing yet lol.

ROFL! He was the emcee of the night, he's damn funny and good entertainerlar lol. He did a bloody good job emceeing the night, and it was his first time!
But yeah, he stole my limelight! The GnR tone knocked me too... what you hear on the video's pretty good, imagine standing right in front of it. |

QUOTE(Everdying @ Oct 1 2006, 12:19 AM) well, DA-5 retail RM615. Wow... the Microcube's only around RM400 right?take 20% off still RM490, not worth it. think i might just go buy the toneport ux-1 instead. Yeah, it's really not worth it. With that price you could get a proper entry-level tube amp. Not in Malaysia, that is though. |

QUOTE(yuejon @ Nov 5 2006, 01:35 PM) Guess what I did to my AD50VT? Congrats on the mod!!! It looks pretty solid and I'm sure you're proud of it. Anyone who has an AD30VT/AD50VT may have thought at one point in time that it was seriously lacking one particular important feature - an effects loop. In the pictures above, see the two chrome jacks on top of the line out and speaker out? That's the FX loop I just added I now plug my Zoom G9.2tt modeler directly into the FX return to bypass the Vox Preamp to avoid any additional coloration (instead of plugging the modeller into the front of the amp where the guitar is normally plugged in). This is a much better way to use a modeler IMO and works briliantly for me. The Zoom models the preamp while the Vox models the poweramp Anyways, I got the mod instructions from one of the guys over at patchtronix. Here's the link to the forum. The proper link to download instructions can be found on the 2nd page. The instructions are for the AD30VT, but it also works on the AD50VT too. I highly recommend that any of you who's got a bit of the DIY spirit and desperately been wanting an FX loop in your AD30VT/AD50VT to give this a try. Do read the instructions thoroughly before attempting this mod as you could seriously damage your amp. Get all the necessary parts and tools before starting. Have fun! Thanks for the Valvetronix link... When I get the time I would work on the mod but atm, I could live without it. |

Hmmm... you're staying in Australia, is it???
I say you ask for a refund for your deposit. Since they didn't get you the amp at the said time, you have the rights to claim the deposit. Perhaps you should get the amp from other shop? |

Ah, I thought you were. Anyway... where did you order it from? Definitely not CK Music eh?
Yeah, go visit his shop and bring Blacktrix there. His "Black Label image" would scare the hell out of the fella. |
