That KTM station will interchange with MRT2 line.
That should be the nearest compare to Jalan Ipoh MRT2 station located at Mutiara Kompleks.

Both also need to cross a river and the river crossing road is available nearby the KTM/MRT2 Batu Kentomen station.
Anyway this is a big piece of land. Depending on from which part of this land you walk, doubt it is at walkable distance.

Yes, the nearest station is MRT Batu Kentomen but its not an interchange station albeit a short walk only

The access road to Duke highway and Jln Ipoh just opened last weekend. Nearby as in? The only condos that I can think will benefit from this is Boulevard and Tuan Residency.

But how does the ramp benefit those condos? The MRT station is near Kompleks Mutiara, they do not need the ramp to reach the MRT station.

Unless you say that the ramp enables you to enter Duke faster then yes.

my point is users can easily connected and back to home faster ( shorter their time) via exit towards Ipoh Road from Jalan Tun Razak/Ulu Kelang or from Duta link

But have to pay toll right? Not very familiar with Duke as I seldom use the highway.

I know for the fact that if you enter from Jln Kuching and exit at Jalan Ipoh you don't have to pay toll.

As long as long u dun enter to DUKE link that toll cannot avoided
