Therefore, car noise unavoidable although have sound barrier in place

my point is users can easily connected and back to home faster ( shorter their time) via exit towards Ipoh Road from Jalan Tun Razak/Ulu Kelang or from Duta link

Whereas KL DC is 3 to 4 Miles of Jalan Ipoh, is a bit towards to north site. Investment hmm.gif
Based on current economic, appreciation of Property is a bit stagnate.
But you can keep it for long term investment

but if you are cash rich, not an issue for invest any property you prefer in long term as standard of living is getting higher and higher include property value in future
