another massive density project?

UOA got another in building project nearby setapak central (danau kota) apart from sentul point.

You mean this Jalan Ipoh one or Danau Kota (Setapak Central)? Danau Kota no where walkable to LRT wangsa maju should be the nearest.

yes it is nearby and it is also one of the booster stated inside Tuan Residency's sales kit. well, if UOA build up a mixed development projects then yes Tuan Residency buyers will benefits.

nope. Jalan Ipoh is north part of KL.
Bangsar South is definitely UOA many other types of project. UOA is king over there.

Wah good strategy? 2019 only launch. They are hoping the property market will bounce back.
Launching now is serious need to price it competitively if not cannot sell.

That KTM station will interchange with MRT2 line.
That should be the nearest compare to Jalan Ipoh MRT2 station located at Mutiara Kompleks.

Both also need to cross a river and the river crossing road is available nearby the KTM/MRT2 Batu Kentomen station.
Anyway this is a big piece of land. Depending on from which part of this land you walk, doubt it is at walkable distance.

Jalan Ipoh stesen and before is elevated station. Only at Sentul West onwards underground.
