Recall that a few months before VP package of either 5 years 6% Grr offered or 28% cashback, net price just a hair below 1kpsf.

read in the prop reviews previously "Expressionz located on a leasehold land expired on 2079 however the developer committed to renew the lease to 99 years upon completion."

is this a real issue btw of having relatively short lease? or more of feel good factor?

I believe this one got banyak rebates and possible cash back....the real selling price was abt 1000psff only.

lease issue solved and renewed jor…..

But i think lower level got another normal swimming pool no need pay I guess.

but this location is a bit off and heavy traffic towards jalan ampang side..
