Many renting out long term now.
Seen many ads putting RM1300 cheapest for studio unit.

- Rental 1300
- 350sqft studio. No car park.
- Free wifi 30 Mbps
- Fully furnish

Guess is from the below dual key layout. (actually less than 350sqft each unit)

Too small.. somemore without car park... studio unit should be at least 450 sqft..

for buyer perspective... net profit RM1 also make money... "make" money very subjective...

for me 30% net profit is make money... more than 50% is hit jackpot... 20 to 30%.. is good return...

Good price, previously when airbnb was doing well. My friend getting 30-50% nett profit per month. One of the best performing airbnb in his portfolio. Dual key units are the best for airbnb purposes. Too bad now border restriction. Affected alot property owners.

The lelong Sold prices psf seems like getting lower.
So many lelong units for just a newly vped condo even before this pandemic period.
How many lelong already out from total 450units??
