How many is considered many? Assuming there are 500 units and 10 auctions and developer doesnt hold any units, it's a merely 2%. In every project there will be a few rounds of flushing out of those speculative investors in the first 1 or 2 years upon VP.

But not sure at this price is cheap enough or not.

Unit sold at 1.26M.
So many noob bidders. Last round can grab at 896k but nobody interested.
2 rounds ago can grab at 1.12M but nobody interested.

I am sure the new bidder probably just doesn't want to lose the bid due to compete with so many bidders, so just simply bid at any price.

1.26mil over 1244 sq ft duplex some more, is way over price.

Also a self called prop guru who earn commission from his followers. So he won't mind to bid it at Over priced, might be purposely create few accounts to goreng it to higher prices also. 🀣 You can see his comments in Facebook, any lelong units also Murah Murah and buy luxury cars after successful bidding. πŸ˜†

Oh my. Just beats me as to how and why buying way above market price can be a cause for celebration. Anyways I guess original purchaser, the bank and anyone else making a cut in the process will be happy.

That's probably a lie to say that 'his client' bought it for her 'own weekend house'. It's just a way to market to your fellow followers and show off that you are engaged to elite clients.

In reality, it's a dumb purchase to buy at that price. Guess that some gurus - despite teaching to their followers on how to bid from A~Z - failed to divulge into Chapter 14 which teaches that one shouldn't be too emotional during a bid.
