If Cavani do come, I think either Lukaku or Torres will be loaned or sold.
With the World Cup coming, Lukaku will want to oust Benteke and be in the starting 11 for Belgium, and the way to do that is to play regularly and gain some form. |

So far no defender or midfielder sold yet, Mikel just rumoured to leave. Essien back from loan spell from Madrid. If he stay fit, he will be like a new signing to us.

Guys, rmb Bony? We used to be rumoured to be interested in him. Dutch league striker, a striker in Drogba's mould.
Swansea City are hopeful they will complete the signing of Wilfried Bony from Vitesse Arnhem, despite the Dutch club's denial that a deal has been agreed for the Ivory Coast striker and strong interest from a number of other Premier League sides, including Chelsea. Bony, who scored 31 goals in 30 appearances for Vitesse in the Eredivisie last season, has spoken of his excitement at the prospect of joining Swansea in a £10.2m deal, which would smash the Welsh club's transfer record, previously set at £5.55m, when they signed Pablo Hernández last summer. Swansea, however, are mindful that other targets have slipped through their fingers in the past few weeks and are refusing to take anything for granted. sos http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2013/ju...vitesse-chelsea |

Chelsea Football Club and Sevilla Fútbol Club have reached an agreement for the season-long loan of Marko Marin, subject to the completion of legal documentation and a medical.
sos http://www.chelseafc.com/news-article/arti...rin-loan-agreed Looks like Marin is indeed being loaned out. Which also mean KDB will take up his role. |

So now our current attacking trio will be
LMF : Hazard, Moses as back up AMF : Mata, Oscar as back up RMF : Shurrle, De Bruyne as back up The attacking trio is taking shape. Right now is either to sign a consistent striker or get Torres to carry on his form from Confed Cup. |

Ya. Our DM is worrying me.
Current DM list, Lamps - the only consistent performer Mikel - might be leaving and too defensive minded Essien - concern if he can maintain his fitness throughout the season Romeu - injury prone Ramires - heavy touches McEahren - should be loaned out again Luiz - might be converted to DM by Mou? If Luiz is to play in DM next season, a CB should be our priority now. Mangala seems to be good. But the problem is when Chelsea is interested in a player, the price go sky high. Even Ruddy, the Norwich keeper. 10 Million for a non regular international goalkeeper? |

Well, at least Mata was already a very promising youngster when Chelsea wanted him. But Ruddy? oh no~

West Bromwich Albion manager Steve Clark is chasing Chelsea striker Demba Ba, according to the Sunday Times.
Clark sees Ba as the ideal replacement for fellow Blues' striker Romelu Lukaku, who spent the year with West Brom last season. Clark sees the Senegalese striker as the man to lead the Baggies front-line next season, after it became clear that Lukaku is part of Jose Mourinho's plans for next season. sos > http://www.givemesport.com/356210-chelsea-...-brom-loan-move |

If Chelsea do sign 1 more striker, it will be hard for Ba. As we noe, Mou likes some one will strong body strength up top, some one like Lukaku. And with Torres' form, it will be hard for Ba to break into 1st team action.

According to the Independent, the Stamford Bridge club’s owner, Roman Abramovich, sanctioned a bid worth €50million and Torres, but the Serie A side are not interested.
The report claims new manager Jose Mourinho is keen to add to his tacking options at Chelsea and Cavani is top of his wanted list. However, Mourinho knows he must make space in the Blues’ wage bill if he is to sign the 26-year-old and Torres could be the high earner to make way. It goes on to say Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis is determined to stand firm on his assertion that anybody can sign Cavani if they meet his €63million release clause and he will accept no less. sos > http://www.givemesport.com/356538-chelsea-...-edinson-cavani I think Napoli is holding for full cash deal as that will fund Benitez for adding quality players of his choice to the Napoli squad. Or maybe Cavani has his sight fully set on Madrid. |

Ba will definitely not be sold, since he was just bought last season. Lukaku is in Mou's plan. That leaves Torres.
Chelsea fans and Roman will be happy with his performance last season. But it is totally up to Mou now if he chooses to stick with Torres or splash the cash and buy a proven 20-goal consistent striker. I'm kinda concern on our back four to be honest. 4 centerback. Luiz might be pushed to defensive midfield. Iva need to play the odd game in right back position since we only have Azpi 1 pure right back. That leaves only Cahill and Terry as our pure centerback. |

For Ba's case, I think mostly will be loaned out to a EPL club. Won't sell I think.
Ya we have Iva, if Azpi gets injured (touch wood), Iva will definitely move over to right back. Really eager to see which striker will come to Stamford Bridge. Shawaary is a good player, I don't know why AC Milan signed Balotelli, they are both similar players, Shawaary is much more promising in my opinion. To be honest, I hope Mou revert back to his 433 formation that he brought to Chelsea when he was in charge last time. Robben and Duff was superb. I can imagine Hazard and Schurrle at the flanks.
Ba, Torres and Lukaku, If a big name striker is signed, someone has to go. Interested to see who wil be the 1 to be sacrificed. |

Mata will play as the Attacking midfield. If 4-3-3, the midfield trio will be Mata, Lamps and Essien. Mikel is too slow, Romeu injury prone. Ramires will be a good sub. Provide stamina and lung bursting run when the opposition starts to feel tired.
In addition, Nathan Ake will have more playing time is Mikel is really sold. Personally, I feel is time to let Mikel go, and let Ake play more 1st team game with Chelsea This post has been edited by briantwj: Jul 4 2013, 09:54 AM |

He can play more as a CM instead of AM.
Just like our old 433. Makelele pure DM, Essien can attack and defend CM, Lamp full out attack AM. In this case, Essien pure DM, Lamp attack and defend as CM, Mata full out attack AM. |

Check this out guys.
Canales, who currently plays for Valencia, told Superdeporte: "I have spoken to Oriol and I say sincerely that he is very taken by the option of Valencia. The squad is perfect for a player to progress." The news follows Chelsea's signings of Dutch sensation Marco van Ginkel and reported interest in Roma's Daniele De Rossi, both of whom play in midfield. This would make it increasingly difficult for Romeu to break into the first team, therefore it is believed that Chelsea are willing to let him leave on loan. It is believed that Mourinho sees Romeu as dispensable, hence allowing him to leave on loan and pursuing other targets. sos > http://www.givemesport.com/357645-chelsea-...-claims-canales |
