I just eat more rice when i bulk and rice is freaking cheap. imo, gaining muscle is more about having caloric surplus, eating enough protein, lifting weights. everything else are just non essential.

If you are not a competitive bodybuilder, things are pretty affordable.

Most of those who quit (my friends included) did so because they did not see the results they expected, obviously because they had shitty diet, went to the gym half assed, and only did all of this in 3 months.
Now, after 2 years of 3-4 days/week gym with somehwat (lol) controlled diet, i have achieved the body that they can only dream of. People need to understand that building your body takes time...a lot of time, and utmost dedication. It's a lifestyle change, not a one time thing. When you sign up for a gym, go hard...or just go home, also, stop doing it to pick up chicks. |

There are people who leave/ quit because they couldn't persevere or simply lost their goal on the way. Now, after 2 years of 3-4 days/week gym with somehwat (lol) controlled diet, i have achieved the body that they can only dream of.
