How to slim down and train my abs?, need advise

aiyah sista....slim down/loss weight need time la.....give some time...eat right..and push urself a little harder at exercise....go youtube watch some woman situp way.. kbye

It takes time, lots of determination, patience & commitment. Also you must understand what food you should avoid esp those that contribute high cal though maybe small amount. Have you been drinking enough water? Stress also can contribute to unnecessary weight gain due to hormone changes, mood swing  Also like what Alien mentioned as well. Just remember there is no spot reduction. Cheers!

Cut down on high calories food , stay away from sugar , eat skinless meat

LOL i m consuming some chinese traditional medicine, is it the factor make me fat? i reduce to take high cholesterol and fats foods , and go jogging 4 times per week, but my weight still cant go down.

Forget about crunch, focus on your food intake, 2nd thing exercise...
