By default the One's jpeg is oversharpened so I prefer to tone it down -1 and sharpen in post if needed.

Personally I think the biggest shortcoming is the narrow dynamic range.

Yup, I have it at -1 Sharpness as default cos there's too much sharpening. Wanna find some camera mod to change JPEG compression to 100% first before I do anything.

That's the RUU. On XDA there's a thread that users have uploaded their nandroid backups RUU also can la, but I've never got it to work before so I don't use it

Personally, i felt those Kalaideng Oscar 2 cases abit cheap looking though. Better see those in person before making any purchase, pictures can't do justice especially for those leather-look materials. It's down to personal preference, some hate it passionately, while some others do actually love that case. KLD is everywhere, so it's easy to find one and decide by yourself.

As for the aesthetics and 'feel' of flipcases in the same cheapish price range, i do tend to prefer the ones by Nilkin. But then, durability of their flipcases aren't that great in case you're pocketing your phone for a lot of time. Strictly for pouch bags / handbags.
