Hi guy,

I am new to HTC one. I got a question about my phone. I am Maxis user here, my colleague can get LTE coverage but my HTC one, always show "H" and when i did a speedtest, I got 1mb speed only. I am wondering any setting i need to enable for LTE coverage?

Thanks.

When was the last time you changed sim card?
What previous phone you used?
Do you cut your normal sim to micro sim card?

For maxis, normal size sim card wont have LTE enable, its a must to change to micro/nano sim. Cutting normal sim to micro/nano sim, you wont get LTE. Tested on my maxis sim card with 3g enabled.

Yes you do. And LTE is only available for Maxis postpaid customer now, and must subscribe minimum 1GB data plan.

For the FB thingy,

Go to settings --> apps -->

Click Facebook

Then, disable

Check back at your gallery, the FB image should no longer be there.
After that, enable the FB app back. That should do it

For MAXIS as long as the micro Sim is issued in past 1 year+ is already LTE enabled. Older cards one might need to change it if it fails to detect LTE
