You still miss my point, nvm since you can't even diff the point I'm pointing out to complaining..... HTC phone all the way huh...
Your original quote said signal was unstable, and then you also said signal was not strong. It may just be your unit cos every other unit being reviewed and all the users on this forum have not said anything about weaker signals. In fact, almost everyone was surprised how good the signal is considering it is made of aluminum, and HTC themselves have said the plastic strips were there to help with signal.
I have used several HTC phones ( incredible, sensation, one, one x etc) n ALL has weaker signals vs equivalent Samsung, Sony phones. Looks like is their traits but is not a serious issue. You will only notice if you compared

You notice it through the signal bar or through dba ratings?

If you only compare by signal bars, it won't be a fair comparison, because diff manufacturers/carriers/os will display differently.. need to see the dba signal to determine the true signal strength..
for e.g., some custom rom have options to boost the signal bars..

oo well the best hardware in terms of phone quality, hardware quality, etc still goes to Nokia... but they're currently barely getting up from the ashes...

Approximately it should take them around 14 days to complete the inspection thingy. Personally for me it was 2 weeks in total from the moment they picked it up via courier till they sent it back via courier too. What you need to do is to call them up everyday if you can. Good luck!
which kernel do u feel best to use for batterylife with arhd 12? just asking for some opinion..
I'll always use the best gaming kernel, and atm it's ElementalX. Battery life, probably stock still pretty awesome. Bulletproof looks like a good modification of stock kernel.

ooh...did u notice when using stock kernel, android system consume quite a large portion of the battery? and when i flash tbalden or bulletproof, the android system consume less(i means less a lot).. anyway i cant say much about stock kernel with arhd 12 yet since its just release yesterday.. will try a few days first before drawing a conclusion on stock kernel with arhd12
