Hey there, is there anyone using Maxis carrier and with iOS 7 beta that could connect to LTE network? I have been to LTE coverage area however it doesn't seem to be connecting to LTE, just 3G network instead.
I have contacted with Maxis and they say that my SIM is LTE enabled.
I'm on iOS7 with 14,5 carrier settings and I can get LTE at some areas, such as KLCC and etc

Don't give misleading advice. It's well known that some users on BETA 1 already has no issues with LTE even on Maxis carrier 14,5. Only select few have such issues.

Doubt it's the carrier setting.
