really? i try to contact maxis center and everytime they keep on mentioning need to walk in and let them to check.
just want to know do they managed to replicate the issue when u walk in to maxis center? before sending, did u try to restore factory setting on ur phone?

actually from my experience, during u charging ur phone using wall socket, then u try to open ur camera, move left or right, shake here n there, then u noticed there's purple line or stripe coming out. this is very random, sometime it appears but sometime not.
is kind of hard to simulate... that's why i worry, when i send mine one to maxis center, when they can't replicate the issue, sure they would ask us to go back n try again.
