Hi guys,

I dropped my iPhone 5, which is incased in an otterbox defender but upon picking it up, I noticed the 3g signal was still there but I couldn't connect to the internet. I've tried everything: Resetting network settings, boot up phone, airplane mode, etc. Can you please tell me whether this is a probelm with my phone or the simcard? and how can I fix it? Help much appreciated.

Just realized that my power button is less responsive. Was using Element case sector 5 casing, changed back to a normal case which doesn't cover the power button. Will observe for a few weeks and see whether it's the element case or the power button.

Anybody had problems with their power button?

OEM. Mind explaining how would the case spoil the power button?

they do not have pricison cut and might not work properly, maybe try fiddle with the foam pad on the case. oem sector 5 doesn't receive much good reviews from users ... around 70-80% have ended up with their phone scratched by the case

Yes like what silencer say, precision cut is important. You might think it's not a big deal but it could potentially spoil your phone. There are reason why people sell case at such high price.

i thought non oem = fake, oem = same good as ori, ori = apple ?

since apple no out their own casing, so OEM = bestest quality?

ther is no such thing as oem for element case. the so called oem is because the sellers can trick people saying that its original. element case can only be bought either in their website, or through their authorised resellers.

Happened to me 3 times already in span of 1 month. Charge it back up to 100% and its back to normal until it happened maybe a weeks or 2 later.. curious.... happened today and this is the 3rd time...
