hi guys want to ask, im going to buy a second hand ip5. what needs to be checked? aside from find my iphone is off. any advise? iOS? should be 6 or 7? many thanks

the phone should be reseted (in welcome screen) and you able to activate it on the spot

check serial number match with box, check receipt (if have), just to make sure its not stolen set..

check exterior, check screen, check everything lor...

Check whether it is dropped in water before?

Last time i bought mine the people don't know how to delete all thing in the phone, even photo still keep there. LOL

check model number whether its a locked set. so u wont sinply update new os .
try home botton whether sensitive.
try make a call. connect to wifi .
tty charge the phone.
try snap a photo.
chk whether water damage.

How do we check iP5 for water damage ?

Use a torch, shine it down at the audio jack port, there should be a litmus paper indicator there. If it has water damage, you will see a pink spot inside the audio jack.

maybe u try update ur itunes or restart your phone and try again!

Hi. May i ask how to off 3G? After i update my network config on this afternoon when it prompt me, it updated to LTE but i got no way to off the 3G

Nope. You can only disable or enable LTE. 3G will remain on.

can anyone help me? my iphone 5 has been shutting down at battery life more than 20%?!! sometimes even more than 40% it will shutdown.. and when i try to on it back.. the charging sign o. the screen appears as though my phone is out of battery.. is this software problem or my battery is kaputt?.. very frustrating problem..need help

Too bad then, i use to switch to 2G because notice always on 3G will drain battery so fast.

is your data on all the time? try turning off everything and see if it will run down to 1% only off. then charge it to full without stopping, and reset the phone. if doesn't work, try to restore the phone.

i used to have this problem. but 15 minutes after shutting down, can turn on again.

I on the other hand was from Symbian -> WP -> iOS.

Never used Android per se but experienced same on my sister's Galaxy 3. Didn't really like the interface or how it presented itself though i heard it's much more powerful in the sense its degree of customization is very high.

WP is by far the worst.

How fast the battery is being drained? Is it out of the ordinary?

If you are using it almost throughout the entire day then it will probably last you for less than a day.

guys..can help me or not, i have updated the itunes to 11.1.4 i can launch the program but when i wana sync or starting to backup, it will crash.....wat happen to the new itunes?
