IINM mass bootleg manufacturer for SD Sanguo should be KC brand. Some of their product really sucks which they make their own stupid fragile mold that totally different from original. But I do have nice SD DiaoChan from them.

QUOTE(Zheng26 @ Nov 12 2013, 01:02 AM) Planning to learn how to use air brush to paint my gunpla kits. Wanna learn before PG 00 raiser arrive. What is the cost of airbrush total kit? isit really expensive like do you have to buy a compressor also ? what is the total estimated value to get everything set up for airbrush Airbrush itself not that expensive unless you want get a decent one with spare tank, newbie airbrush with compressor set just below Rm200 and more suitable for you.Paint, thinner and top coat will kill your wallet, so plan nicely which colour and which top coat you needed because I wasted money on colour that I don't use at all. |

QUOTE(Zheng26 @ Dec 25 2013, 01:03 AM) yup it does included stand with extra led and batteries. Here's my progress so far manage to was all the gundam 00 plates and started with the head and tried sanding it plan to pain it. Look how big the effect parts are comparison with hg and mg gundam 00 Seriously, PG and MG 00 Raiser really don't have big difference as in part separation, I also not impress by the GN drive gimmick, so 1/100 is better for me to save my shelf space. But for those who like big size or feel that the GN drive really cool then shouldn't miss this.![]() ![]() |

Since I'm back to Malaysia I guess I gonna start gunpla again. China recent release make my heart and hand itchy already but clear backlog first, PG SF still sleep in box.

Just now went to random hardware shop and saw bonsy 18kt gold priced at RM13 so I grab it straight away. Anyone used this gold for their SF or mix it with other colour to achieve better effect? I would like to see it.

QUOTE(:3mushy:3 @ Dec 30 2013, 11:37 AM) For better effect, lightly coat it with silver or yellow paint, depending on the finish tone that you want. Just finiahed my SF with the bosny gold. Please show me pic, seeing is believing LOL... I actually hand brush some part with Tamiya Titanium Gold, the gold very close to the plating colour just I lazy to hand brush all so currently finding an alternative which is bonsy copper gold but the colour only give me copper feel. QUOTE(limfreelance @ Dec 30 2013, 09:38 AM) sharing another Gold paint effect, highly recommend it. Good suggestion on the gold colour, might try it out next time.It yellow Gold, using brush paint the effect really nice, shine, & bright. compare to Mr color Super Metallic Gold Effect, it expensive..... SM Gold when dry or after few day, the gold become odd, But this one still in better & shine. & the price is cheap. [attachmentid=3791479] MC qubeley, arm articulation very limited, Shoulder connector (silver color) too loose & need to cement. Can not stand alone. Transparent stand look like fragile & loose. saber beam in the hand cannot fit nicely, i try to pull harder, & it broke. Overall, is nice kit for display. Pending detaling & decal. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « The Qubeley look nice though, but right now I think I will stop China plamo a while because B brand new release quite attractive unless new PG here. QUOTE(:3mushy:3 @ Dec 30 2013, 03:23 PM) You can see bigger pictures of the SF that I poseted in the B* thread, all the pictures are in the computer at home, so you have to wait until I get home LOL.... I don't know when you post it gonna be hard to search. I will wait you back home. Actually Bosny is a good brand, the paint sticks, doesn't chip off easily and can really endure some abuses. So far I found three colors of Bosny, Gold, Copper Gold and Sparkle Gold. |

Compared to previous releases of Daban, this time I can see the newer kit quality is getting worse.
But still no reason to complain because it is cheap unless the quality become like GHD, by that time can choose not to buy LOL. |

QUOTE(jctasoga @ Jan 17 2014, 01:12 PM) Hahaha I randomly bought these paints... Yesterday went to hardware shop to buy something for company and saw DPI brand spray cans, I bought undercoat silver and candy yellow.Back home and tried with different layer. This one is done by, DPI undercoat silver -> Samurai paint sparkling gold -> DPI Candy Yellow. I might reduce the yellow a bit because look to yellowish or my taste. |
