i sent them a mail via rhb now to add card, the person ask me to apply via the card page ie leave ur contact.

another advantage for existing card user is HQ will send the card to mailing address. i asked the officer.

when i applied by first rhb card, i had to go to branch for verification etc to collect my card eventhough i put in the form to mail to my mailing address. certainly would avoid these crowded places during covid season.

First time seeing my RHB-Shell CC number from monthly statement, 0000-xxxx, so less than 1000 conventional cards had been issued before CNY.

digit 16 is not used for count. it's a check-digit.

digit 1-6 is the BIN. some banks already migrating to 8-digit BIN (digit 1-8), which will be enforced (industry-wide) starting Apr 2022 (effective for new card numbers, old numbers can be maintained with 6-digit BIN or migrate to 8-digit BIN).

rhb shell cards are now with bbbb-bbbb-0000-xxxC , whereby up to 999 card numbers can be generated (assuming still maintaining 0000-xxxC)
by right, they should randomize the number generation within a specific number range instead of incremental count. 

0000-100X
Most likely 100th card (RHB conventional) issued, including supplementary. X is an unique number worked out from the first 15 digit of the card number.

Other banks may run it differently
Eg PB CC: NNNN-N10X

Where you spent for the 1st transaction?

My BP and TNG transactions were all over RM50 , just that I didn't post the amount.

I was hoping it appeared in May statement but it didn't. Maybe I didn't win.

Already got them for 1st 2 months. Last one was on 21May.

Every month i tried about 5 transactions all of which done immediately after 12am.

For 15% capped at RM80, only 20 winners per day, FCFS. Unlikely you could win at 2am.

In my recent experience, RHB hasn't been answering their cc calls for the last 1 week.
All calls get redirected then a few mins of waiting (and messages saying their call centre having high volume of callsO they will ask you to leave your number for them to do callback (which never happened) or email them.
