i think he meant bnm reducing the cc fee to be charged by banks thus affecting the rewards that banks could offer to cc users.

sadly, the truth was the opposite. bnm did that to encourage more merchants to accept cc payment (lower bank fee), which indirectly also encouraging more users to use cc. laugh.gif

since they already mentioned that it's excluding starbucks card reload, not worth to take the risk. sweat.gif
