The only way I can think of is to reprogram the access point door to a different card and any resident who wants to use the facilities will have to collect the card(s) from the management office.

It will make it harder for the airbnb tenant as they only have the access card to access the carpark, lift lobby and the floor to the unit as the 'absent' owners won't be that proactive to travel all the way to the condo to collect it. Of course there will be a handful of such owners who will do so.
