People do can buy over before VP.
Problem is, many people has seen showcase.
Many are impressed by few term; private lift, 55 storeys and such.. cloud concept..

This has been on-going sale or a.k.a Launch since June/July 2013..

Some time ago the sales person told me for this building, when you come out of the lift, you can only enter your own unit. So in a way, it's like you have a private lift.

Is that true ?

How to they handle the staircase ? Are they not common ?

If the staircase is common ( it has to be ! ), then people can still unload from another floor and take the stair case to go to other units. Then what's the point of this "private lift" ?

Single way door usually used for emergency exit. Only can go out and can't go in from staircase.

I just revisited elements@ampang and took some photos. I highly highly doubt that arte could block the top most floor of elements garden. It is so tall already. Elements is 41 storeys while arte is 50 storeys. However, remember that each elements units have high ceilings. Also take note that the lowest floor of elements is already high as well due to parking floors under it. Unless arte has the same capacity parking (apple to apple parking capacity), i dont see how it could block elements at the top most floor. Go to mrr2 and take a look. U will know what i mean. To really know is to compare by asking both sides on the total height in meters.

Hello Mint, did you manage to find out the actual height of the Elements and the Arte+? I have a unit at the Elements on the 41st floor Tower B. If the Elements is higher than the Arte+ Tower 3, then the view to KLCC may not be blocked. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Elements is 41 storey, Arte+ Tower 3 is 46 storey, Tower 2 is 51 storey... so you judge whether from the angle of your unit to KLCC, does it block???

To me, it still not shiok it blocking partial of the skyline...

Thanks for the diagram. That certainly helps. I agree it doesn't have much hope. It's a waste of investment.

Ignoring the KLCC view, then the Elements is better as it's freehold and a residential land. But at the end, both are bad. You can't have two apartment projects facing each other 5 mtrs apart. It will kill both the Arte+ and the Elements at the same time.

5m?? oh man
how can it be so close?
there is no air then
choking
neighbours can peep?

yes freehold has an advantage and lower maintenance for residential land as opposed to commercial lands
developer for elements has better track record than arte
but can arte really comes out as wonderland and artistic? we can only wait. if it does come true maybe it will have better value due to 1st impression for people to fall in love
