Although during thier roadshow, their gadgets + promotion are very tempting. =)

By right, all info include SPA price, size & unit number are written on the booking form.
Make sure you get it right before leaving.

Private lift sounds good.. but with so many floors... one lift break down.. are you gonna Climb all da way up?
If you say long term, might as well you get a Freehold property like M-city or 3Tower.

M-city / 3Tower
1)Higher exposure on main road
2)Proposed MRT direct infront compare to ARTE.

The only thing that are Nice about ARTE, ampang are its Cloud concept.. other than that?

Guaranteed Return sounds good right? Why develop don't take the Guaranteed Return itself? You have to think further.
Guaranteed Return is a BAD idea unless your outskirt like Broga Hill (Next to nottingham Uni) or Bangi or Rawang..

Not sure what's nice about this.. beside Cloud concept..Leasehold, commercial, private lift with super high floor..

My project are:
- Freehold
- Directly mainroad frontage
- Grade A 5 star-facilities on top
- Smallest size to biggest size also have (400sf up to 2k sf)
- Directly facing proposed LRT
- Total 800 units for 3 blocks)
- Next to GleanEagles Intan Hospital
- psf from RM830 after disc onwards to RM1,134 before disc.

Share with me plz.. just for self knowledge.=)

Just want to know Why would it be Agent problem?

If a Purchaser fail to get loan, this could only meant that the Purchaser
a) Over-committed (too many properties on hand)
b) insufficient financial background (Low salary, bad/low money income)
c) Bank quota burst (no margin)

Ah, understood now.. haha!

I'm putting a guess that the Developer may have forfeit the booking fee if were to cancel, thus the "purchaser" need to help the Agent to promote in order to get back..
haha.. hopefully it make sense.. XD

People do can buy over before VP.
Problem is, many people has seen showcase.
Many are impressed by few term; private lift, 55 storeys and such.. cloud concept..

This has been on-going sale or a.k.a Launch since June/July 2013..
