You're right. A few parties selling this this. One agent told me the average price psf is RM750 onwards.

Wondering are there any chances for the price psf to be priced below 900 for a location not far away from downtown..

I just looked at the DBKL website. Proposed development is still under the process of approval. Development type is "Commercial". The title of the application is for office blocks. Owner of land on which the proposed development will take place is RISDA. Applicant is left blank.

Strange that it is being marketed as residential development. Could it be that they are in the process of changing the development type?

very typical, it's sovo type. but sales wont tell you, if they tell you.. tough to sell.. so they market as resi
