Not sure what's nice about this.. beside Cloud concept..Leasehold, commercial, private lift with super high floor..

My project are:
- Freehold
- Directly mainroad frontage
- Grade A 5 star-facilities on top
- Smallest size to biggest size also have (400sf up to 2k sf)
- Directly facing proposed LRT
- Total 800 units for 3 blocks)
- Next to GleanEagles Intan Hospital
- psf from RM830 after disc onwards to RM1,134 before disc.

Share with me plz.. just for self knowledge.=)

Any idea how is the developer going to handle the no interest during construction? since budget 2014 doesnt allow any element of dibs?

Don't think those project with DIBS already approved by authority will be affected.

but this developer quite messy since the many rounds of pre-launch, vvip launch, preview, priority booking etc wor...

Aiksss...forgotten about the mess they left behind but if this developer already have their DIBS approved then most likely won't be affected by the Budget.
