for elements owner..facing Twin Towers will have 3 years to enjoy before Arte blocks their view...

If the Arte smallest units sells off fast..then the bigger units how??left to rot??

haha. yeah confirmed will be blocked.. i just hope our garden on top of the building is not blocked to klcc view. if also kena blocked, really f***er!!! Lol

Anybody know whether the existing 1 way single lane road to backyard of those old houses will be upgrade to 2 ways road?

I dont see how that can happen. Also try to visit the site. U can expect that each tower will be very slim since the site is narrow and wanna fit 3 towers. I expect developers to utilize underground as ur "lane" and go up to main exit/entrance.

Where is the main entrance? It's quite difficult to figure out from the layout plan, unless we've a clearer wording.

went to the midvalley expo last weekend, told by SA there that this project actually taken the KLCC view of The Elements...izit true???

The SA also told me that from her 1st instruction, seems like this is a very strong key point for them to sell ! and make those Elements buyer look stupid !

Agree. They bought at RM375 psf, no matter KLCC or ARTE view, they already earning fat fat in their pocket already!

a project that abandon few years ago, behind glen eagle hospital.
if this project revive, it will block Arte klcc view.

Stupid2 also i bought rm650psf and now rm800 to 900psf. Okla.can pocket rm250k to rm300k what.. if that amount can be called stupid, then stupid pun stupid la. Lol
