Er, so is this Arte + a feasible buy or are price jacked up before launch?

Why is the developer selling bulk to some people, does this mean another round of price increase?

just want to know your opinions, what make u guys buying this property since its a leasehold project..... aint leasehold a concern for flippers?

I don't mind leasehold if it have good potential to flip. Entry price and exit price is more important for flipper.

I would have been interested if the developer sells directly to public purchasers with transparency.
