This is what the agent said. Since the past 2 days, bulk purchasers flocked in to buy and select units. All small units of 500+ sqf are all taken. I dont know if this is a scam, i met those agents from Aeon's Central property booth there. I saw a Mah sing structure there so I went and compare the map. And there comes the agent telling me bout Arte.

taiko, whats your view on this project? low psf really tempting me but its leasehold.....is it a concern for investment point of view

If u r so concern about leasehold, can buy elements just 50ft away. Freehold.

hmmm. how much is elements now? I bought around rm650psf last time. when the time everybody called me stupid for buying elements. i am not sure how much is elements now. but how much is ARTE? rm750psf?

Was told by SA its RM680psf aft discount and without commercial mix. Purely residential but their cataloque printed it as a mixed development. Seems like they are not sure what they wanna do with it.
From the exterior look, there's no open ventilation. More like office building.

i really like the perspective photo and the model display at the exhibition, its seems so futuristic. But doubt they can deliver that type of quality as similar to it !

And may i know who's developer ? any portfolios ?

Asked one of the their people, the MRT nearby there is only a 'proposed' line, so, not 100% confirmed. smile.gif
