So does that mean our 208 has got no ECO and stop start feature?

And how's your acceptable fc like?

Thanks for sharing! smile.gif

If I'm not mistaken, the engine start stop feature only available on e-HDi models, which is diesel engine. Too bad Nasim didn't bring in e-HDi models. They have much better FC. But Malaysia diesel would not be suitable for the engine.

I just booked mine. Can't wait to get it.

Just a tip: For those who booked the 208 for almost 2 months and still not got news of the car, just contacted the sales agent and he says that the car has already arrived but the parking sensor module has not arrived till next month which is July. He said that if impatient you can get the car with RM 3000 cash back (which is the price for the parking sensor module) and good news is you can retrofitted the car with sensor at accessories stores which you can not just add the sensor but the camera. Hope it helps those owners-to-be.

Can the camera unit be connected to the HD Touchscreen? Do you have any idea how much would it cost?

For those who were asking about FC - I drove it without mercy to Terengganu and back and here are the figures returned by the trip computer:

Average speed: 81km/h (I was driving between 150-190km/h on Duke/Karak/East Coast Highway)
Average consumption: 8.4l/100km
Distance travelled: 755km

Current odometer reading: ~ 3300km
Total of four people in the car including me + a boot full of luggage.

This trip was done in about ~ RM150 (slightly less, I think) of petrol with more than a quarter tank to spare at the end of it.

Not sure as far as I know. But my dad's car insurance agent's friend got the 208 and retrofitted the car with sensor for RM 300. but the price depends the type and model of the sensor/camera.

What I realised is that it takes a long time for the low fuel warning to light up. You might wanna wait until that, refuel, and then judge the FC.

When I got the car, I was averaging 400-420km per full tank (i.e. low fuel warning + a little more). My work routine is Subang to Bangsar daily, and not exactly during peak hours - mild jams at most.

the best way to gauge how much fuel used is to fill up the tank to full (fuel pump nozzle auto stop), reset the counter to 0000. Drive.

On next fill up, do the same...fill up to full. And see how much of RM it takes to fill up the tank full. see how many KM you have traveled.

Rmxxx = KM traveled.

That's quite bad of FC there bro. Have u consulted the service centre on this?

Anyway, reading from other reviews makes me can't wait even 1 more day to have this car.
