"IF" you didn't turn on your phone since then, try dumping it into a rice bucket for 3-5 days for it to dry up.
After that, try turning on. If the LCD still doesn't lit up.. you gotta go change it then.
Did you try turning on? If there is sound, no display can say 90% LCD. If there's no booting sound, no display, chances are a gone case for your motherboard.

Just use some small black.jpg and voila you have an all black homescreen. That's what I do with my boring boring stock theme.

Err how do you get 7-8hours SOT on note? I'm barely past 5 hours SOT on normal day.. Always on 3G,never wifi with power saving mode ON, currently using omega rom

I can't either, but I think it's coz we younger people tend to install a lot more chat and social apps than uncle.

I remember the FIRST DAY after many moons when I performed a factory reset with NO APPS except for TiBU, I got nearly 6hrs SOT. Then after I restored my stuff it all went downhill.

I usually get between 3.5 to 4.5 max,data and wifi whole day.


The stock wallpapers look like some feminine hygiene products

in sentinel i had difficulty setting a different wallpaper for lock and homescreen

I have zero problem changing wallpaper for either. Dunno why you facing this issue.

Go use TSF Shell and their clock widget. It have a cool 3D effect.

But theming and tweaks will deteriorate the battery life.. so.. i do like BORING! haha
