The first launch this year will be Sunway Belfield, located a mere 400 meters away from the Maharajalela Monorail Station.

"We are launching Sunway Belfield Tower A with a GDV of RM320 million. This freehold project which overlooks Merdeka 118 has garnered 80 per cent booking and we are looking to launch the second block," she said.

Heard from a friend who visited over the weekend that almost 90% sold and sales gallery very crowded with customers coming non stop.

Sure still got type A boh? Type A waiting list is very long la. Heard loan reject units for type A is snapped up asap. If got any type A left can PM me pls.

He said new block preview very soon. Could block B be BBB as well despite pandemic??

Is this the lowest floor price? Furnishing any better?

One key difference with block B is unblocked views of Type A block A.

So there's no perfect facing for Sunway BF Type A.

Know someone who managed to hoot type A low floor with no cemetery view and planning to soundproof the units. Those should be ok unit?

For this block B must see type B pricing. If high also tis block can't make it for investment.

This could look like a Bayberry scenario if you remember.

Same type A unit same floor net net also up more than 85k for blocked view in tower B vs unblocked Istana view in tower A. Compare with early birdies la.

If sunwai can pull this off. Congratz to them.

Hearsay type A block B a lot booked despite price up a lot. Mostly for investment again?

quite low take up due to steep increase by Sunwai for the pricing. expect block C to be the same too.

For those considering investment at block B pricing, must remember its 1300++ units and surrounding plots many to make more highrise.

Sunway Property's newest freehold development Sunway Belfield has registered a 80 per cent take-up rate for its first tower despite its soft launch during the Movement Control Order.

Sunway Property said *due to the overwhelming response, it had opened Sunway Belfield's second tower for sale.*

Sunway Belfield spans 2.19 hectares with a gross development value of RM1 billion.

The development comprises three residential towers and is located *400 metres from the Maharajalela monorail station* , placing residents a mere two stops away from the KL Sentral transit hub and three stops away from the Bukit Bintang Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station.

It is also located *400 metres from SJK © Kuen Cheng 1 and 800 metres from Petaling Street and the upcoming Merdeka 118 tower, which, upon completion, will offer one million sq ft of shopping and entertainment spaces, 83 storeys of corporate offices, 12 storeys of hotel rooms, five storeys of hotel residences and a retail business centre.*

Sunway Property central region property development division executive director Chong Sau Min said the sales success was due to a combination of its strategic location, freehold tenure, green features, and new norm lifestyle.

"Sunway Belfield is a Green RE-certified sustainable development, and is designed with Sunway Property's value proposition blueprint for all its developments – connectivity, healthy lifestyles, convenience, community and security in place.

"In addition, we have taken into consideration of new norm lifestyles such as the renewed focus on health and wellbeing, and the work from home trend.

Can teach how to exit this Belfield? Most people just only enter liao. Some haven't even get the spa back. Must wait till 2023 to exit if can exit.

So far hearsay those early buyers paper gain is a lot for pandemic time and still block B decent amount of buyers.
