How many LV stores do u need in this economy? They need to make it experiential. Showcase Malaysian arts, craft and culture. It’s the right site for it then tourists will come.

Hahaha. The ubiquitous mid range stores like Uniqlo etc should be there along with a lot of fnb options. They need to focus on making it a destination. Being the tallest tower does a lot of heavy lifting. There is so much history in the area they need to lean into.

Also an update on 118 from what i heard they are having issues trying to find tenant to fill up the mall. Trx took a huge chunk. Even pavilion damansara heights got screwed by trx opening

Passed by quite literally in front of belfield entrance while on the way to an event in Chinese Palace yesterday
Wow the roads in are so narrow 😅 I'm not sure how this would feel for car users who want to go in/out during peak hours, even after Sunway improve the immediate outside road of the project.
There's a lot of illegal parking also around the low cost flats and dewan perhimpunan cina, which limits the flow of cars in/out from Jalan Belfield to Jalan Maharajalela.,
