Type B all gone. Type E (corner unit) have few units left. By the time HOC campaign ended, quite sure all sold out.

May we know if most type B owners here are buying mainly for investment (rental or cap appreciation) or own stay?

Both also got. Own stay because of the family type layout and developed by Sunway, investment because of the location and pricing (value definitely goes up once 118 is done).

Investment perspective only happen for Tower A. Other than that it's contributing shareholders and staffs bonus.
