Hearsay many put their cheques waiting for these few units

Congrats! How's the overall sales for the units? All the type B snapped?

Type B all gone. Type E (corner unit) have few units left. By the time HOC campaign ended, quite sure all sold out.

This is a teething problem.

The road belongs to DBKL and tunneling project is not completed yet. Sunway being a responsible developer can easily chip in to provide a covered walkaway once the project and infra is ready. Mind you, Sunway is one of the developers who are committed to UN Sustainable Development Goals. Covered walkaway is peanut. LOL.

If Sunway refuse, which I highly doubt, another way of doing this is for community to engage DBKL, again, once the project is completed. Similarly, the bus feeder route passing through the Jalan Belfield - Merdeka loop.

Its all depend on the profile of the expats. Not all expats are that rich. Some are here really to save money especially those originated from South Asia. These expats earns only circa RM20k-RM25k range for middle management and most are sole breadwinner.

If Opus vicinity can offer a corridor for the Koreans/Japanese to hangout and get their daily staples, Im sure it can snatch this market. Anything can happen in next 3 years.

I have checked Lucentia Residences @ BBCC. I am confident that they will draw the top tier expats, especially the Japanese, West Europe and Americans who want to enjoy the finest.

Seems like you know me better than I know myself. Please read his question again before throwing lengthy lectures on where expats would prefer to stay. KEYWORD = I.

No need to get offended. I gave answer if I were an expat.
