Type A heard mostly from staff or BA first choice. Investment
Can any taiko n guru share beside 118, any other excitement about this project?
For surrounding of it, Tradewinds all projects like on hold, nothing yet in progress. In front sunway belfield facing 118, one small piece land under sunway also?
Will this target tourist only? If Own stay beside school behind wat factors can lure ppl move in here? Family friendly own stay factors

10years ago, rental collection can cover instalment n expenses still with xtra passive income, newly vped project recent years hardly heard of this, probly rumawip (price control) or market oversupply (similar products) now?
Klcc area not from one master developer creating everything i can see, how it goes sucess passed years?

Yes. Klcc some building even has aging issue, surrounded by other new comers.
Previous even rawang u can make good money. Now we can see trend from flip market goes into rental market and slowly into airbnb/sublet strategy and even worst cash back games, use your own borrow money from bank to sustain the instalment.
Wanna know the 1 out of 20 here.. hehe.. can hints and tell abit?
Primary market still there i guess, but too many similar product recent years, how to digest when no increment in demand for that segment group?

If view has most priority, look for bbcc or opus, opus min 1k psqft, bbcc 1.7k psqft. Or robertson still 1k psqft. How to sell when no premium price for premium view, all go for view unit how to clear those without view when no price different. Give and take is common sense on what you need. Even mercedes with same logo has few different classes and prices variation, doesnt it common?

For own use, should b subjective, some pay for c class some pay for s class merz, 300k top up for a same logo same car same function but if ones willing to pay for what they like and afford, is another story than investment purpose alone.

Once vp. All sold n Price up, some will complain too expensive now the subsale price, not worth it; if still have units left, some will complain of course la, the worst facing unit left, thats why nobody wan it, i dont wan also; if price drop after vp, not wangi anymore, no point to get a unit here, it will keep depreciate. So any chance to get a unit here after unless any above can b tolerated.
Plenty projects out there, choose the best suit or get a good bargain subsale/lelong for safest bet wether own stay or investment is an option
