Wow those are nice!!

Sorry but I got silly question, what are those for?
*
These are for my flow indicator.

Seems like not many people know about this product. haha

It's for a Primochill's Vortex Flow Indicator. Comes in two variants, one in delrin and another in clear acrylic.

This version is already on the shelves and can be purchased.

user posted image

This clear acrylic version is not available yet.

user posted image

Nearly the size of a pump top, made of excellent quality delrin (I can't say about the acrylic one yet), stainless steel stabilising rod (dowel), acrylic flow wheel and crystal clear coloured faceplates. Has dual M4 mounting holes for mounting the unit on your case and 3x G1/4" ports. Apparently a 4-port version is being made.

Stainless steel reinforced screw holes for securing the faceplates and mounting.

Unit comes with a G1/4" plug, 2x M4 screws, washers for mounting purposes, and a template for marking the holes to drill on your case.

Readily available in multiple colours, additional faceplates and flow wheels of different colorus are also readily available for separate purchase.

Same price as Bitspower flow indicator. You get more for your money in a way. Bigger indicator, better materials, better customisability, excellent after sales service.

I see, I just read up about it & saw the YouTube video!

Looks cool! Wondering now where can I put this or any flow indicator for that matter in my loop...
*
You can put it anywhere really. Don't really need to mount it on your case. One modder has it attached to his graphics card. haha

I wont sell that block it's a keeper ... seriously nice ..and mine still virgin haizzz ...

I bought last time from pristine also tongue.gif around 300 or so ...
*
DON'T SELL PLS. Now become like rare item. lol. Company sudah gulung tikar.

QUOTE(CCubeHL @ Jun 20 2013, 06:04 PM)
Ya it is a beauty! Base on what I read, it is still one of the best cpu blocks out there.

I looking to upgrade my block as I using Swiftech Apogee II with pump.
*
I wouldn't say it's one of the best, but it performs alright. If you're cool with performance being comparable to top tier, and prioritise looks and like how the Iceforce looks, I say grab it. Well built with a full delrin case, nickel plated copper which has a unique shine, NOTHING like EK or Aquacomputer or Watercool Heatkiller. Mounting bracket made of brass and nickel plated finished to look like the block's baseplate. Only set back is that packing methods and instructions could use a lot of improvement. lol.

Nah I just always liked the way it looks and that is where it is winning all its points. performance part was the main reason why I didn't wait for it & finally settled on what I am using now.

Besides, I am very happy with my Swiftech Apogee II with Pump Combo as it is giving me temps of 31 degrees at idle & max I seen is around 60 degrees on load which is great since we live in such a weather!
*
The Drive II is a nice piece. Great for smaller builds.

QUOTE(devilish_yin @ Jun 20 2013, 06:43 PM)
yeah low cost approach on packing method but still the X is made from brass brushed and nickel plated (expensive) .... cost alot to do it plus the copper plate also is nickel plated and go through a surface grinder ...up to industrial standard ...honestly I bought it cause of the aesthetic not performance ...since the rest of the competitor is using delrin or acrylic and some metal to lower the production cost..doest justify my money to spend on them ....( still koolance is ok but I dont like their design)  whistling.gif
*
If you think yours is low cost approach, you should see the MVF Limited edition's packing. NONE. Just put in paper envelope and wrap with bubble wrap. I AM NOT JOKING.

Oh yeah, nickel plated brass. Oops.

QUOTE(irienaoki @ Jun 20 2013, 06:43 PM)
gonna test the drive 2 next week.
hope it s up to my expectation.
*
I should hope it makes you happy. Two of swiftech's best components there. lol. Their Apogee HD and their MCP35X combined into one. If that doesn't make you happy then how la irie. haha.

LOL. Won't help anyone, sadly. haha. In my opinion, I think the Drive II dumps heat onto your CPU and cools it at the same time. Macam takde kerje. doh.gif

QUOTE(CCubeHL @ Jun 20 2013, 06:54 PM)
lol, i actually use it for as my second pump in my loop to maintain the flow & it has been awesome!

Dats why i want a flow meter  sweat.gif

Now i only see my coolant shoot down into my Bitspower water tank lol!

I keep the water level just nice below the inlet so can see the coolant & also don't create bubbles!
*
Nice. Push-pull pump system. haha.

I take you have an aquapipe for your res?
