I went to Cyberjaya 3 weeks ago and I start loving it mainly because of the peaceful environment and working opportunities there. If I can afford to buy a landed house or developers build more mid-range landed houses, I will definitely consider seriously to start my new family there.

Moved to CBJ 7 yrs ago. Thefirst two yrs almost every week back to KL for shopping and food. Then every fornight once 3-4 yrs later.. now hardly shopping in KL.

We can get the fresh fish in Dengkil, and fresh vege in NSK once a week. Shopping in Alamanda and Giant/Aeon Tmn Equine. I'd say living in CBJ is not much different compared to any other places now....

I am their supporter, following their facebook, indeed they never encourage BBB but express their fair review to each project....

as I said, if they are not good, property magz wont promoting them for free...except they paid for it....which I think unlikely.

How is the food quality in Kiraku?
Last time their serving portion was quite good however our last visit the food portion and freshness were a bit dissapointed.

There is also a Chinese Muslim restaurant in CBD. I have never been there so I don't know what's the name and I'm sure there are still some Chinese eateries or restaurant as I never really explore the whole Cyberjaya for food.

Honestly it is very hard for locals to rent here... I have observe n notice most of them prefer to buy expensive cars n spent so much on petrol+toll+traffic jam+driving time to commute to a far far place than renting a place within 5-10 minutes to the workplace . And this guy nit really low income most entry lvl exec in cyber gross income is usually more than 3k... Affording a room rental shuldnt be an issue.
