Agreed nothing great. Using the same theory, also nothing great about any place @ Malaysia tongue.gif

Now perhaps previous isi-kandar buyers shall worry? WTF reclaim so many land, since there are so many plantation land available?

Close to Singapore? Afraid it will only ruin the Feng Shui there.

By the way, one weekend I went jalan ampang to see hamsphire residence, stop by the nearest pizza hut, feeling also sama sama.

Try your luck to negotiate further with points below la:-
1). Close to gas depot.
2). Only 24x85 if asking Rm1mil might as well buy a new launch like SEG (26x95) and all SPA, loan agreements lawyer etc by developer or compare to Summer Glades etc.

If possible, stretch a bit to get landed than high rise for better capital appreciation.
