But Nilai got Tesco n Giant. Fast food got McDonald, KFC and Burger King. It also has a KTM Komuter station nearby.

Kota Warisan n Dengkil got??
*
Kota Warisan got McD, Dengkil got KFC.
Kota warisan also got ERL direct to KLIA/2 and KL Sentral. Why need to take KTM?

If got demand, more food stores will be open at KIP Sentral la..

anyone knows whether they are constructing the MEX special entry to cyber or a highway to connect to cyber to another area? i was in a taxi to airport and i saw the taxi made a detour which is now blocked to cyber. not sure what highway is that
*
The current Toll is the EXIT for CBJ/PTJ, the MEX will extend directly to KLIA across the central of CBJ in the future. Not sure when!

Malaysia boleh... Global technology hub that can't even deliver a community mall (D Pulze) on time.
Better dun put high expectation. HER area is possible la.
*
In boleh-land, plan and reality most of times are go for different direction. ;-)

For D Pulze community mall, it shld be 'isolated case' to the developer only la!

It is no brainer tht government should put a MRT station in cyberjaya if they wan to make this place a success
*
The proposed MRT station is ard 400m to CCC, the future center point of Cyberjaya.

*
Not likely.... I could be wrong, high change the connection to nesrest HSR station, Bandar Msia, will thru ERL with new transit stop. KTM may hv a new stop there, I guess.

we can direct access it if using bridge that links to garden residence and exit from there right? quite near Cyber  notworthy.gif

Not possible to GR la, 1+ km away le! Unless the station built in front of vacant land Pricent 9.

Iff u r traveling from Puchong to Dengkil direction, Putrajaya Sentral ur left side and future CCC at ur right side of the road. Now u only see palm oil trees only!

I beg to differ...

"We have stop selling land owned by Cyberview and we want to be more strategic, we are rebranding to be a global technology hub…attracting more multinational companies, high-tech companies,” he added."

Taken from previous post

My understanding of this statement is that property development has deemed fail in Cyberjaya till the extent the need for them to change the direction of their path. Probably moving forward in trying to attract MNC to set up in Cyberjaya in order to attract people to seek job there and migrate..

This isnt easy to achieve lo given the fact that KL is still the centre of commercialism and international trade, and with many MEGA projects developing in KL focusing of office strata, i would think these MNC would rather set up their offices in KL rather than Cyberjaya.

2nd point to point out..Connectivity

With upcoming MRT predicted to connect to Cyberjaya via Putrajaya..and lets us fast forward to the future with good awesome connectivity linking KL and Cyberjaya..

Yes it would be good in a way for Cyberjaya, but at the same time dont you think good connectivity will be like a double edge sword to Cyberjaya..

Good connectivity would also mean better opportunity for people there to emigrate out of Cyberjaya..and why would people migrate to Cyberjaya if the connectivity is good..people would just drive there to work or probably take the MRT there and walk to their offices..

Which ultimately lead to slow population growth and this is bad for commercialism..

I tried it myself - from the interchange that being built by SPS connecting lingkaran putrajaya with SEG to IOI resort mall, speed of 90km/hr - 10 mins only.
*
Around 10-12Km. 10mins shld be fair.

Moved to CBJ 7 yrs ago. Thefirst two yrs almost every week back to KL for shopping and food. Then every fornight once 3-4 yrs later.. now hardly shopping in KL.

We can get the fresh fish in Dengkil, and fresh vege in NSK once a week. Shopping in Alamanda and Giant/Aeon Tmn Equine. I'd say living in CBJ is not much different compared to any other places now....

I am talking about the cars on the road....just like when you drove to Putrajaya, not many cars on the road compare to when you drove to Puchong or Serdang, there are so many cars and activity...
*
Oic. Those fully parked in OldTown/Padi and Shaftsbury makan2 after 10pm, even in the weekend, are considered as hungry ghosts lor. ;-)

cyberjaya is comparative 'empty' and less active compared to other areas ie puchong..
population growth also slow, leading to low human traffic..
*
So.. mind to share what is ur definition of 'ghost town'? The day & night human traffic less than Puchong?

they are just comparing apple to orange... i m not hoping Cyberjaya turned into Puchong or Cheras. Too crowded, not a good place to stay.
*
I do hope so.
I went for my dinner at Kiraku last night. After 9pm still fully parked. So,just trying to understand the definition of ghost town from various parties lor....
