If the price and location is not good, do u think will 100% SOLD OUT..

Comparing YTL, just about 1.5km distance is selling RM900 to RM1000 per sqft and Sentul Village is selling RM535 per sqft on that time. Estimating Phase 2 will be about RM600 per sqft and still lower compare YTL.

The most important is whole Sentul there are not any Shopping mall is nearby, when a Supermarket is opening opposite your property, what do you think about the price, will appreciate or depreciate?

Will the shopping mall opposite sentul village call off? No official announcement at all, any idea?

I think if there is really a confirm mall in front of desa sentul, the price wont be so cheap dy.

Emira next to Aeon and LRT 3 also not so expensive, this Sentul village + not confirm shopping mall a bit high risk! Only sales talk by the SA, no official announcement regarding the mall at all! I thought gorvernment not allow to promote project like this way?
