QUOTE(SmallPotato2011 @ Jun 26 2014, 08:28 AM) Yes, foreseen the traffic could be higher than now... Hehe... But heard that the road will get wider... Also heard that there is AEON Jusco opposite... Just "Bok yat Bok"... Hopefully all "heard that" are come true.... I never think MRT line 2 could be nearer to Sentul Point, if it is in the future, just an added value lor.... heard this quote sometime back from a fellow forummer "buy on rumors, sell on facts"... haha... BTW, ur a fellow purchaser or sales agent ?

QUOTE(BankBank @ Jun 30 2014, 12:43 AM) I don't think much potential for this. . You don't waste your time to read Yeah u are right... Not much potential for this project.. Those who bought must be an idiot(including myself).. Never knew that u had a crystal ball. Please guide us in the right path. Seems like common sense is not so common nowadays after all. Btw, have a great day mate. Thanks for ur "constructive" comments.

QUOTE(Sapsapsui @ Jul 1 2014, 12:42 AM) Hi. For purchasers, what do you think of the high level of carpark allocated? Residents only allocated from level 4 to level 6 and also one mezzanine level. Hi, u have signed your Spa or is this some insider info that u have gathered?

QUOTE(ftf87 @ Jul 1 2014, 01:16 PM) 5th floor carpark? oh no. which floor u purchased? My agent say the highest floor will get the highest carpark. is it true? Normally is the other way around.. The probability of a higher floor to get a lower parking is much higher.

Ok guys... Just to share my experience living in Sentul. I Myself have been living for 19years in Sentul more specifically at Sentul Pasar till the year 2002. Family has been there for 30years plus or so. I have well seen how the whole landscape at Sentul evolved over the years. The much famous Sentul west and Sentul east were railway workers settlement those days. The area where the Fennel stands used to be a petrol station and some squatter houses. Gangsterism was synonymous with the word Sentul. And looking back at the area now, its almost unbelievable. An 1 Million ringgit condo stands on the very same route which I used to cycle to school. Not to mention D7, D6, Capers all stand proud on Jalan Sentul. One thing which is lacking very much now is a shopping complex. Well Ong tai Kim is a total flop. This part of Sentul, where Sentul Point is feels like the same very place how previously it was for the Fennel,D7 n etc. Passing by that street now, one can feel the potential in the very near future. Of course its going to be high dense but there is a lot of room for growth. The whole street from 1 Sentul till Maxim citilights could well be chick n happening place of the future. Have faith and just give it a few years to grow. I'm quite confident that the returns may well fruitful.

If want to pay by credit card, just lok card at bangsar south UOA sales gallery? I'm not too sure how it works for cc payment. Myself planned on the post dated cheque method.

Guys, u can call up the lawyer, follow up with an email to have ur SPA draft emailed to u.. At least u can have a few days to go thru the docs first. I just got mine emailed to me today morning. My allocated parking at level 5 but it's quite near the lift. And also read that all bedrooms n living area comes with ac points. Read that the flooring for the rooms are laminated flooring.

QUOTE(ftf87 @ Jul 6 2014, 02:08 PM) So u use pot dated cheque Oso? Since it's so risky, I feel like changing to credit card installment de. I also used the post dated cheques method.. But the terms, really scary.. But for post dated cheque method, u can stretch the installment up to 24 months.. Can have more cash flow in hand..

QUOTE(chocotop @ Jul 6 2014, 11:20 PM) Foreign workers? Hmmm, make no difference gua. But better than none. Did u all know any other important info? My lawyer so young and seems like not much experience. Didn't brief us much... I saw the gst clause as well, but lawyer said normally residential won't kena gst... I wonder how bout the construction service and material... If I remember correctly, there is another clause whereby limiting the number of occupants in a unit. Maximum of 6(not too sure the exact figure for an 948sft unit) excluding children. Though I'm not too sure on how they plan on implementing this.
